All plan coverage is subject to the official service agreement and terms of your specific warranty contract. The information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and may not reflect the exact terms of your plan. 4) NO GUARANTEE OF COVERAGE OR SERVICE APPROVAL Submitting a claim, service request, or inquiry does not guarantee: Coverage approval Payment for repairs Service availability Contractor availability Same-day or next-day service Coverage decisions are determined by the terms of your warranty agreement. 5) SERVICE PROVIDERS / THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS Home warranty services may be performed by third-party contractors. We are not responsible for: The acts or omissions of independent contractors Delays caused by contractor availability Any damages caused by a contractor’s work Contractor scheduling or workmanship disputes If you have a service issue, contact us and we will assist in accordance with your plan. 6) PRICING AND PAYMENTS If payments are accepted through the Site: You agree to provide accurate billing information You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method All fees are subject to the terms of your warranty contract We may change pricing, service fees, and plan rates at any time as permitted by law and contract terms. 7) REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS Refunds and cancellations are governed by the cancellation and refund terms in your warranty contract.
